REFUND POLICY

Welcome to our Refund Policy (the "Policy").
This Policy applies to all purchases made through DramaMint (the "Platform") and describes the refund, cancellation, and credit-related rules of Nerqis Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with registered office at 7 Magdanis Street, Flat/Office 101, Kato Polemidia, 4152 Limassol, Cyprus, and registration number HE487200 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Subscription Fees
All subscription payments (monthly or annual) are billed in advance.
Initial subscription purchases may be refunded within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the Platform has not been substantially used.
Subscription renewals and partially used subscription periods are non-refundable.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the active billing cycle.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the applicable payment provider before the next billing date.
2. Usage-Based Credits (Coins)
Coins are virtual usage-based units used to access and run services on the Platform.
Purchased Coins (Top-Ups)
Coins purchased separately are not tied to a subscription period and do not expire.
Coins are consumed based on usage and are non-refundable once purchased or allocated.
Coins are licensed for use on the Platform only, have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.
Deleting an account does not entitle the user to a refund of any unused coins.
3. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, no payment method is required unless otherwise stated.
Free trials automatically expire at the end of the specified trial period.
No charges apply unless you actively purchase a subscription.
Once a subscription begins after a free trial, standard billing terms apply.
4. Billing Errors and Technical Issues
Refunds may be provided in cases of:
- duplicate charges
- billing errors
- technical issues preventing access to the Platform
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant charge.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.
6. EU Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
For users in the European Union, certain digital services may not be eligible for withdrawal once performance has begun with your prior consent.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
