DramaMint is operated by Nerqis Ltd ("Nerqis", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Purpose of this Notice

This Cookies and Tracking Technologies Notice explains how DramaMint uses cookies, software development kits (SDKs), local storage, device-side storage mechanisms, and similar technologies when you use our website, application, or related services (the "Platform").

2. Technologies we use

The Platform is currently made available primarily through a mobile application. As a result, traditional browser cookies may not be used in the same manner as on a conventional website. However, the Platform does use certain analytics, diagnostics, monitoring and storage technologies in order to operate, secure, maintain and improve the Platform and the services made available through it.

These technologies may include software development kits (SDKs), log files, local or device-side storage mechanisms, and similar technologies made available through the operating system, application environment or integrated third-party services.

In particular, the Platform may use:

• Google Analytics, to analyse how Users interact with the Platform, understand usage patterns, measure engagement and improve performance and functionality;
• Sentry, to enable crash reporting, error monitoring, diagnostics, debugging and technical performance monitoring; and
• localStorage or similar local or device-side storage mechanisms, to support functionality, maintain preferences or technical settings, improve continuity of the user experience, and assist with security and performance.

These technologies may process technical and usage-related information, including device information, log data, identifiers, events, interaction data and similar information necessary for the relevant purpose.

The Platform does not use such technologies for targeted advertising or behavioural advertising purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

If and when a web-based version of the Platform is launched, browser cookies and similar web-based tracking technologies may also be used. In that event, this Notice and the Privacy Policy shall be updated accordingly to reflect the technologies then in use and any applicable user information or consent requirements.

3. No Device Fingerprinting or Advertising Tracking

The Platform does not use device fingerprinting or similar techniques to identify users for advertising, profiling, or analytics purposes.

We do not use technical identifiers stored on or accessed from your device for targeted advertising, behavioural monitoring, or marketing profiling.

4. Functional, Analytics, and Diagnostic Processing

The Platform may process limited technical and usage-related information through the technologies described in this Notice for purposes including:

• maintaining Platform functionality;
• preserving user preferences or technical settings;
• maintaining Platform security;
• ensuring service stability and reliability;
• diagnosing software errors or service failures;
• monitoring performance and usage patterns; and
• preventing abuse or unauthorised access.

Such processing is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the operation, security, maintenance, analytics, diagnostics, and improvement of the Platform and is not used for targeted advertising or behavioural profiling.

5. Third-Party Services

Certain third-party service providers may process limited technical and usage-related data when delivering infrastructure, analytics, diagnostic, or operational support services to the Platform, such as hosting, streaming, payment processing, analytics, or error monitoring.

These services are used only to enable, support, maintain, and improve the functioning of the Platform. They are not used by Nerqis for cookie-based advertising, third-party behavioural tracking, or marketing profiling.

6. User Information and Consent

Because the Platform currently operates primarily through a mobile application rather than a conventional browser-based website, traditional browser cookie banners may not be presented in the same manner as on a website.

The need for consent or other user-choice mechanisms may depend on the nature of the technology used, the deployment environment, and the applicable legal requirements in the relevant jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, Nerqis will provide appropriate notices and obtain any necessary consent in relation to cookies or similar technologies.

If the technologies used by the Platform change in the future, including in connection with the launch of a web-based version of the Platform, we will update this Notice and implement any additional notice or consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

We may update this Notice from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, technology, or the way the Platform operates. Any updates will be published on the Platform together with the revised "Last Updated" date.
