DRAMAMINT COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Welcome to DramaMint.

These Community Guidelines establish the rules and standards that apply to all users, creators, and other participants on the DramaMint platform (the "Platform"). They are designed to promote a safe, lawful, respectful, and secure environment.

These Guidelines form an integral part of the DramaMint Terms and Conditions and apply to all use of the Platform.

If you see content that you think violates these guidelines, report it.

1. PURPOSE AND VALUES

DramaMint is a digital audiovisual content platform operating in accordance with Cyprus law and European Union legislation.

We are committed to:

• Protecting intellectual property rights
• Ensuring lawful content distribution
• Safeguarding users from abuse and fraud
• Maintaining platform integrity and security
• Ensuring transparency and fairness in moderation

All Users and Creators must comply with these Guidelines.

2. CONTENT STANDARDS

All content made available on DramaMint, including audiovisual works, series, episodes, trailers, images, subtitles, scripts, metadata, descriptions, thumbnails, and any related materials (collectively, "Content") — must comply with: The DramaMint Terms and Conditions, The Community Guidelines, Applicable intellectual property laws, Privacy and data protection laws and All other applicable local, national, and EU legislation.

Creators are solely responsible for the Content they upload or make available on the Platform.

2.1 Intellectual Property and Legal Rights

Before uploading or distributing any Content through DramaMint, you represent and warrant that:

• (i) You own or control all necessary rights, titles, and interests in the Content; or
• You have obtained valid, sufficient, and enforceable licenses, consents, and permissions allowing you to distribute the Content through the Platform; and
• The exploitation of the Content on DramaMint does not infringe or misappropriate any third-party rights.

This includes, without limitation:

• Copyright
• Related/neighboring rights
• Moral rights (where applicable)
• Performer rights
• Trademark rights
• Privacy rights
• Rights of publicity
• Image or likeness rights
• Database rights

If your Content incorporates third-party works — such as music, stock footage, scripts, images, artwork, performances, or audiovisual excerpts — you must ensure that you have secured all necessary rights for online streaming and digital distribution.

2.2 Personal Data and Personality Rights

If your Content includes identifiable individuals, you must ensure that:

• You have obtained all required consents; or
• You have another lawful basis under applicable data protection law; and
• The Content does not unlawfully interfere with privacy or personality rights.

DramaMint may remove Content that violates privacy, image rights, or data protection laws.

3. GENERAL USER CONDUCT

You must use the Platform lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users
• Use hateful, discriminatory, or degrading language
• Engage in bullying or coordinated harassment
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
• Engage in deceptive or manipulative conduct

DramaMint reserves the right to take action against abusive or harmful behavior.

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT

4.1 Illegal Content

Content that:

• Violates applicable law
• Promotes or facilitates criminal activity
• Encourages violence or unlawful conduct
• Violates sanctions, export control, or anti-money laundering laws

Illegal content shall be reported to competent authorities.

4.2 Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not upload, distribute, or make available content that:

• Infringes copyright
• Infringes trademarks
• Violates licensing agreements
• Uses third-party material without authorization

Creators must ensure they possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions before publishing content.

Repeated infringement may result in permanent termination.

4.3 Violent and Criminal Behaviour

DramaMint does not permit content that:

• Threatens or promotes violence against individuals or groups
• Encourages, glorifies, or facilitates criminal activity
• Provides instructions on how to commit harmful or illegal acts
• Supports organised crime, terrorism, or violent extremism

Content that poses a credible risk of harm may be removed immediately and reported to competent authorities.

4.4 Hate Speech and Hateful Conduct

Content that attacks, dehumanises, or promotes hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics — including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other legally protected attributes — is strictly prohibited.

DramaMint does not permit content that promotes hateful ideologies, discriminatory conduct, or social exclusion.

4.5 Violent or Hateful Organisations

DramaMint does not allow content that:

• Promotes or supports violent extremist organisations
• Praises individuals or groups responsible for mass violence
• Recruits for or assists criminal or terrorist organisations

Such content may result in immediate account termination.

4.6 Harassment and Bullying

Users and Creators must not:

• Engage in targeted harassment
• Publish degrading or humiliating remarks
• Share private information without consent ("doxing")
• Participate in coordinated abuse campaigns

Critical commentary is permitted where lawful; however, content that crosses into severe harassment, threats, or intimidation is not allowed.

4.7 PROTECTION FROM ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION

4.7.1. Sexual Exploitation of Minors

DramaMint strictly prohibits any content that:

• Depicts or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors
• Sexualises minors in any manner
• Facilitates contact for unlawful purposes involving minors

Such material will be removed and reported to authorities where required by law.

4.7.2. Adult Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates sexual exploitation, coercion, abuse, or trafficking of adults is prohibited.

4.7.3. Human Trafficking and Smuggling

Content that promotes, facilitates, or profits from human trafficking, exploitation, or smuggling is strictly prohibited.

4.8 MENTAL AND PHYSICAL SAFETY

4.8.1. Suicide and Self-Harm

DramaMint does not allow content that:

• Promotes or glorifies suicide or self-harm
• Provides instructions for self-harm
• Encourages harmful behaviour

Sensitive storytelling involving such themes may be subject to review and contextual safeguards.

4.8.2 Harmful Activities and Harmful Challenges

Content that promotes or encourages dangerous stunts, dares, or activities that could result in serious physical harm is not permitted.

4.8.3 Harmful Body Image or Eating Content

Content that promotes extreme dieting, disordered eating, or dangerous body modification practices is prohibited.

4.9 SENSITIVE AND GRAPHIC CONTENT

4.9.1. Graphic Violence and Disturbing Content

Extremely graphic, violent, or disturbing material that may cause significant distress is not permitted. Content may be restricted or removed where it exceeds acceptable storytelling or artistic standards.

4.9.2 Animal Abuse

Content that depicts or promotes animal cruelty, neglect, exploitation, or harm is prohibited.

4.10 REGULATED OR PROHIBITED COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY

DramaMint is not a marketplace platform.

Users and Creators may not use the Platform to:

• Promote regulated or illegal goods or services
• Conduct unauthorized commercial solicitation
• Promote financial schemes, gambling, or prohibited services through the series

4.11 FRAUD, MANIPULATION AND DECEPTIVE CONDUCT

You may not:

• Conduct scams or phishing
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Abuse chargeback mechanisms
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or engagement
• Attempt to artificially inflate metrics

4.12 TECHNICAL CIRCUMVENTION

You must not:

• Circumvent DRM protections
• Attempt to remove watermarks
• Copy, record, download, or extract Digital Content that you are not allowed
• Reverse engineer the Platform
• Interfere with encryption or authentication systems
• Exploit technical vulnerabilities

Any attempt to bypass security measures constitutes a serious violation.

4.13 PRIVACY AND SECURITY

You must not share:

• Another person's private contact details
• Identification documents
• Financial information
• Any personal data without lawful basis

Doxing or exposing private information is prohibited.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

You must not:

• Share login credentials
• Provide access to third parties
• Use bots, automated tools, or scraping software
• Bypass device limits

You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. CONTENT MODERATION FRAMEWORK

DramaMint is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and respectful platform environment. Our moderation practices are designed to protect users, safeguard intellectual property rights, and ensure compliance with applicable European Union and national laws. While we take reasonable measures to address unlawful or policy-violating material, DramaMint does not review every piece of content made available on the Platform and does not pre-approve content before publication. Content is typically reviewed when it is reported by users or third parties, identified through internal compliance processes, flagged by automated detection systems, or brought to our attention by competent authorities or trusted partners. Where a review is conducted, it is generally undertaken in relation to a specific issue and does not constitute a comprehensive audit of the content for all potential violations.

DramaMint uses a combination of technological tools and human oversight to detect, assess, and mitigate the risk of illegal or policy-violating content. Automated systems may assist in identifying high-risk material, patterns of abusive behaviour, repeated infringement, or attempts to circumvent technological protection measures, including DRM safeguards. These systems may rely on keyword detection, behavioural indicators, metadata analysis, and, where appropriate, hash-matching technologies to prevent the re-upload of previously identified unlawful material. Such tools may be used in particular to detect serious violations, including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, terrorism-related material, or other forms of severe unlawful content. Any enforcement action initiated through automated systems is subject to human oversight, and appeals are reviewed by a human moderator.

In addition to technological measures, trained human moderators assess content that has been reported, flagged, or escalated for review. Moderators evaluate whether the content violates the Terms and Conditions, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law, and apply proportionate enforcement measures where necessary. In certain circumstances, DramaMint may engage specialised external moderation service providers to assist with timely and consistent enforcement. Such providers operate under strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Where required by law or where serious illegal conduct is identified, DramaMint may report relevant content or activity to competent authorities and preserve information in accordance with applicable legal obligations. This may include cooperation with law enforcement in cases involving child exploitation, terrorism, human trafficking, or other serious criminal conduct.

DramaMint strictly prohibits the distribution of non-consensual intimate imagery and will act promptly upon receiving substantiated reports of such content. Where appropriate, we may remove the material, suspend or terminate the responsible account, and use technological measures to prevent re-upload. In cases involving allegations of intimate image abuse, we may request reasonable information necessary to verify and process the report.

DramaMint has zero tolerance for content that exploits or endangers minors. Any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children, grooming behaviour, or sexualised depictions of minors — whether real, simulated, or AI-generated — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities. For the purposes of these Guidelines, a minor is any individual under the age of eighteen.

Certain categories of harmful or sensitive content may be subject to heightened scrutiny, including material relating to suicide or self-harm, extreme violence, dangerous activities, or exploitative conduct. Where appropriate, DramaMint may remove such content, restrict its visibility, apply contextual safeguards, or escalate it for further review.

Violations of the Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines may result in proportionate enforcement measures, including content removal, visibility restriction, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, transaction blocking, or referral to authorities. Severe or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal from the Platform. Where feasible and legally appropriate, DramaMint will notify account holders of enforcement decisions using the registered contact information. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account details.

DramaMint's moderation practices are implemented in accordance with applicable law, including the EU Digital Services Act. Nothing in this section creates an obligation for DramaMint to monitor all content proactively, nor does it limit our right to take appropriate action where necessary to protect users, the Platform, or third parties.

7. NOTICE AND ACTION PROCEDURE

If you believe content:

• Infringes your rights
• Is illegal
• Violates these Guidelines

You may submit a report including:

• Identification of the content
• Description of the violation
• Supporting evidence
• Your contact information
• A good faith statement

Further to the provision 6 DramaMint particularly operates a notice-and-action mechanism in accordance with applicable EU law.

If DramaMint receives a sufficiently substantiated notice alleging that Content is unlawful or infringing, DramaMint may:

• Remove or disable access to the Content
• Request additional information
• Notify the Creator
• Take proportionate enforcement measures

Creators may be given the opportunity to respond where appropriate.

Repeated infringement may result in permanent account termination.

Cooperation and Information Requests

DramaMint reserves the right to:

• Request documentation evidencing rights ownership or licensing
• Suspend or restrict Content pending verification
• Cooperate with competent authorities where required by law

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in removal of Content or suspension of your account.

8. APPEALS AND COMPLAINTS

If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you may submit an appeal via:

Appeals will be reviewed fairly and proportionately.

Repeated abusive or bad-faith appeals may be disregarded.

Appeals are reviewed by a human moderator to ensure fairness and proportionality. Abuse of the appeals process may result in further action.

9. CREATOR-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Creators must:

• Hold all necessary rights and licenses
• Ensure content complies with law
• Respect privacy and data protection laws
• Avoid misleading metadata or false descriptions
• Avoid content that exposes the Platform to legal liability

DramaMint may request proof of rights ownership at any time.

10. PLATFORM INTEGRITY

To protect the Platform ecosystem:

• Coins may not be transferred between users
• Payment systems must not be abused
• No off-platform circumvention of payments
• No unauthorized commercial exploitation

Attempts to undermine the Platform's economic model may result in termination.

11. NO ADVERTISING OR THIRD-PARTY DATA COLLECTION

DramaMint does not operate advertising-based profiling.

Users may not:

• Embed unauthorized advertisements
• Collect personal data from other users
• Use the Platform to promote third-party services without authorization

12. CHILD SAFETY

Users must not upload or distribute content that:

• Exploits minors
• Endangers minors
• Violates child protection laws

Illegal material involving minors will be reported to authorities.

13. COOPERATION WITH AUTHORITIES

DramaMint may cooperate with:

• Law enforcement
• Regulatory authorities
• Courts

Where required by law, DramaMint may:

• Disclose user information
• Preserve data
• Suspend accounts

14. ENFORCEMENT PRINCIPLES

Enforcement actions may depend on:

• Severity of violation
• Intentional or negligent conduct
• Repetition of violations
• Risk posed to users

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

15. TRANSPARENCY AND UPDATES

These Guidelines may be updated to reflect:

• Changes in law
• Platform changes
• Regulatory requirements

Users will be notified where required.

16. LEGAL EFFECT

These Community Guidelines set out DramaMint's standards and expectations regarding the use of the Platform. They are intended to provide guidance on prohibited conduct and content but are not exhaustive.

These Guidelines form part of, and must be read together with, the DramaMint Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Nothing in these Guidelines shall be interpreted as limiting DramaMint's rights under the Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

DramaMint may update these Guidelines from time to time to address new legal requirements, emerging risks, or evolving platform practices. Continued use of the Platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
