This Privacy Policy applies to the services provided by DramaMint (hereinafter the ''Platform'') and describes how Nerqis Ltd ("Nerqis," "we," "us," or "our") being the owner of the Platform, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information exclusively in compliance with the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "GDPR"), the applicable Cyprus legislation as amended from time to time and any other legal and/or regulatory obligations. Nerqis Ltd acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the DramaMint Platform.
We only collect personal data that is necessary to operate the Platform, process purchases, deliver content, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not collect data unrelated to app functionality, and we do not rent or sell personal data to 3rd parties, except as listed below. You have the right to access, review, update, or request deletion of the personal information you have previously provided. To make changes to your personal information, you may contact us directly by email or update your details by logging into your account.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the data collection and processing activities conducted on this application and does not apply to any data collection or processing activities carried out by third-party websites, applications, or service providers (Apple App Store and Google Play Store). Please note that when you interact with such third-party websites or applications, you may provide them with your personal information, and those third parties may have different privacy policies and practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand how they handle your personal information.
By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering for an account, as well as certain information that may be collected automatically when you access and use the Platform or obtained from other sources described in this Privacy Policy. ''Personal information" is understood as all data that relates to an identifiable human being whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be inferred, from the data. The Platform does not collect sensitive biometric identifiers and does not access biometric data stored on users' devices. To use our services, we may have access to the following categories of personal data:
Personal details:
We collect certain contact information necessary to create and manage your account, such as your email address and authentication credentials.
Where SMS-based verification is used to confirm account access or security actions, users may be asked to provide a mobile phone number. Such phone numbers are transmitted to the relevant third-party messaging provider solely for the purpose of delivering verification codes. Nerqis does not intentionally retain users' phone numbers within the Platform's core systems beyond what is necessary for verification, security, compliance, audit, or the operation of the relevant third-party service.
Payment Details:
Payments made through the Platform are processed exclusively by third-party payment service providers, including but not limited to Apple (App Store / Apple Pay), and Google (Google Play). Nerqis does not collect, store, or process any payment card data, including credit or debit card numbers, security codes, or other banking credentials.
All payment card information is entered directly into the systems of the relevant payment provider and is processed and stored by those providers in accordance with their own privacy and security policies and applicable payment industry standards (such as PCI-DSS).
Nerqis may retain limited internal transactional information, such as subscription status, internal purchase identifiers, and payment confirmation records, solely for the purposes of account management, service delivery, access control, accounting, and internal reporting. Such information does not constitute payment card or banking transaction data.
Purchase information:
This includes limited transactional records associated with purchases made through the Platform, such as subscription status, purchase confirmations, internal transaction identifiers, and records of products or content purchased or accessed.
These records are maintained for service operation, access management, customer support, and accounting purposes. Nerqis Ltd does not store payment card numbers, bank account details, or other financial payment credentials. All payment processing is carried out by authorized third-party payment providers.
Account & Profile Information:
We collect information you provide when creating or using your account, such as profile names, icons, feedback, watchlists, saved items, and account settings.
Biometric Authentication:
The Platform does not collect, process, or store biometric data. Where users choose to enable biometric authentication features available on their device (such as Face ID, Touch ID, or similar technologies on iOS or Android), these authentication mechanisms are handled entirely by the device's native operating system.
Nerqis Ltd does not receive or store biometric identifiers, facial recognition data, fingerprint data, or other biometric information. Biometric authentication is used solely to facilitate secure access to the user's account on the device.
Usage Information:
We collect information regarding how you interact with the Platform, including playback activity, choices made in interactive content, viewing and episode history, search queries, app interactions, browsing behaviour, saved content, follow activity, and transaction-related activity. We use this information to understand user interests, improve the Platform, personalise content recommendations, and support service functionality.
Video Content Hosting and Delivery
The Platform allows creators to upload and distribute video content to users. Nerqis does not store video files on its own servers.
All video content available through the Platform is hosted and delivered through a third-party content delivery and video infrastructure provider, Bunny.net (https://bunny.net/).
Video files are processed and encoded by this infrastructure provider for secure streaming and delivery. As part of the Platform's content protection measures, videos may also include watermarking containing the Platform name and the creator's first and last name in order to discourage unauthorized redistribution.
Nerqis maintains only the platform-level information necessary to manage content access, creator accounts, and platform functionality. Video files themselves are not stored on Nerqis's internal systems.

The Company does not use such technologies for behavioural advertising unless expressly stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy.
If and when a web-based version of the Platform is launched, the Company may also use browser cookies and similar web-based technologies.
