This page provides information required under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services (Digital Services Act) regarding the operation of the DramaMint platform.
DramaMint is a digital platform operated by Nerqis Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The platform enables creators to upload and distribute audiovisual content and allows users to access such content through the Platform.
DramaMint operates as a hosting service provider and online platform within the meaning of the Digital Services Act.

2. Single Point of Contact for Authorities
(Article 11 Digital Services Act)
In accordance with Article 11 of the Digital Services Act, DramaMint designates the following electronic contact point for communication with EU Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services.

This contact point may be used by competent authorities for matters relating to:
- illegal content
- Digital Services Act compliance
- regulatory cooperation
- lawful requests for information
Communications may be submitted in English.
3. Single Point of Contact for Users
(Article 12 Digital Services Act)
Users, creators, rights holders, and third parties may contact DramaMint regarding:
- illegal content reports
- complaints
- moderation decisions
- Digital Services Act matters

Users may also submit reports through the DramaMint Content Reporting Form available on the Platform.
4. Platform Moderation Framework
DramaMint maintains policies and procedures designed to detect, assess, and address illegal or policy-violating content.
Content moderation actions may include:
- removal of content
- restriction of visibility
- suspension of accounts
- termination of accounts
- blocking of transactions
- referral to competent authorities where required by law
Moderation decisions are taken in accordance with the Platform's:
- Terms and Conditions
- Community Guidelines
- Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy
- Complaint & Appeals Policy
DramaMint does not impose a general monitoring obligation on content uploaded by creators. However, where DramaMint obtains actual knowledge of illegal content or becomes aware of facts or circumstances indicating illegality, it will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to such content.
5. Notice and Action Mechanism
(Article 16 Digital Services Act)
DramaMint operates a notice and action mechanism enabling individuals and organisations to notify the Company of allegedly illegal content.
Where DramaMint receives a sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated notice, the Company will assess the report in a timely, diligent, objective, and non-arbitrary manner.
Where appropriate, DramaMint may:
- remove or disable access to the content
- restrict visibility of the content
- suspend or terminate the responsible account
- notify the relevant creator
- report unlawful activity to competent authorities
6. Internal Complaint Handling
(Article 20 Digital Services Act)
DramaMint maintains an internal complaint-handling system allowing users and creators to challenge moderation decisions.
Appeals may be submitted within six (6) months of the relevant decision.
Appeals are reviewed in a timely, diligent, objective, and non-discriminatory manner, typically by a human moderator not directly involved in the initial decision.

7. Transparency Reporting
(Article 15 Digital Services Act)
DramaMint will publish periodic transparency reports describing the platform's content moderation activities.
These reports may include aggregated information regarding:
- notices of illegal content received
- content removal decisions
- account suspensions
- appeals and outcomes
- use of automated moderation tools
- orders received from judicial or administrative authorities
Transparency reports will be made available on the DramaMint website or platform.
8. Cooperation With Authorities
Where required by law, DramaMint may cooperate with judicial, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities.
This may include:
- preservation of information
- disclosure of user data pursuant to lawful requests
- reporting illegal activity
Such cooperation is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the GDPR.
